After assessing the conditions, we plan to return to school tomorrow. The biggest concern remains the frigid morning temperatures, so please ensure your student is dressed warmly. Due to the anticipated winter weather conditions all Shawnee Heights USD 450 schools are cancelled tomorrow, February 12, 2025. ❄️ Parent/Teacher Conferences scheduled for February 12th and 13th will be held virtually. Please watch for a message from your student's school or teacher with links to join your conference. If you are unable to attend virtually, please contact your teacher for alternative arrangements. Shawnee Heights Middle School Theater presents its spring production –The Tragicomedy of Julia Caesar. Performances are on Friday, February 7th & Saturday, February 8th, at 7:00 p.m. at the SHHS Auditorium. Tickets will be available for purchase at the middle school doors in the mornings on students’ way into the school. Tickets are also available in the front office or at the door on performance nights. Both student and adult tickets are $3.00. Get yours today!

Support Our Teachers During Parent-Teacher Conferences! Parent-teacher conferences are coming up, and we need your help to make them a success! The SHMS PTO is organizing meals for our hardworking teachers on February 13th, and we’re looking for food donations and volunteers to help make it happen.
