What to Expect When You're Enrolling!

We hope you're having a fantastic summer! We are working hard to prepare for the 2024-2025 school year and are reaching out to you with some helpful information and reminders so you can start preparing for the school year. Open enrollment for the 2024-25 school year will begin on July 8, 2024! An email with your returning student's "Snapcode" will be sent to the parent/guardian on their account. You may not receive this email until late afternoon of July 8, 2024, as the system processes and sends all the emails. This email will include further details on how to enroll your student.

Enrollment Questions?

If you have general enrollment questions about the form or the Returning Student Registration process or did not receive a "Snapcode" by July 9, 2024, please email usd450enrollment@usd450.net and include your student's school in the subject line. (SHHS, SHMS, SHES, BES, TN, TS)

If you have technical difficulties while enrolling your student or your "Snapcode" is not working, contact PowerSchool Customer support by accessing their Enrollment Family Support page at https://help.powerschool.com/t5/reg, emailing them at support@infosnap.com, or calling them at (866) 752-6850, Monday through Friday, 8:00-5:00 EST.

Helpful Enrollment Information

Our District's Enrollment Page is a great place to find helpful enrollment information such as school handbooks, supply lists, Resource & Participation Fees, and other enrollment documents organized by each school.

Busing Questions?

You will receive an email with busing information for your student. Please review this information before you start the enrollment process. You will need this information when you enroll your student. If you have any changes, you will request them during the enrollment process. If enrolling after August 5, 2024, you will need to contact your school for transportation requests.

School Meal Fees

Students will need money on meal accounts unless they have received a letter from Shawnee Heights USD 450 stating that they have been approved for Free/Reduced meals for the 2024-2025 school year. Payments can be applied to meal accounts using the RevTrak Payment Portal. The Free/Reduced Meals application is available and can be completed online (www.ezmealapp.com ), or you can request a paper copy from our Nutrition Services Department. This confidential application can be found during enrollment and is on our website on the Food Service page.
