Every student athlete must have a NEW physical, EVERY year.
To be good/valid for the '22-'23 school year, the physical must be dated ON or AFTER 05/01/2022. Please take a look at the attached for a low cost option.
**Please remember, KSHSAA requires these physicals to be dated on or after 5/1/22, regardless of when the annual insurance date is, for athletes to participate they MUST have a valid physical on file with the athletics office.**
