BES Families, Help make the Carnival a success! Please donate a supply item based on your students’ grade level(s): 1st Grade - One box of fruit snacks (8 or more pkgs. per box) Pre-K, Kdg. & 5th Grade - Two cakes for the cake walk (Hint: divide 1 cake mix into 2 cakes) 2nd Grade - One twelve pack of pop cans (Name brands) 3rd Grade - One six pack of regular size candy bars 4th & 6th Grade - Two 2-liter bottles of pop (Name brands) Please bring items to school with your child or bring them to the office Friday, 10/11. Cakes or any of the above items, may also be brought to school, by parents, after school on Friday, Oct. 11th, between 4pm and 6pm, or on Saturday, 10/12 beginning at 12pm.

Dear BES 6th Grade Families, Conferences are a vital part in your student’s education and in our partnership while your student is in sixth grade. With that in mind we have altered the sixth-grade conference sign up to ten-minute slots. This will allow you to meet with all teachers or sign up for multiple times if needing longer with a certain teacher. If you have already signed up with a teacher, you are still signed up for that time it is just a ten-minute slot now. We do ask if you were wanting a remote conference if you could let that teacher know as that is the one thing that didn’t get transferred when we made the switch to ten minutes. We appreciate your flexibility while we make adjustments to ensure our conferences are a success. You will click on the teacher’s tab and then sign up for the time that works for you.
